I am a wife and mom of 2, a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Coach, CrossFit Level 2, and Personal Trainer who is dedicated to helping women achieve their health and fitness goals. I’ve had the pleasure of coaching group fitness classes at one of the top gyms in Kansas City. Coaching 20-30 hours per week there for the past 6 years has allowed me to work at a high level and put my knowledge to practice on a daily basis.
Experiencing pregnancy made me realize the lack of resources for women in fitness as they navigate their changing bodies.
No matter what stage you’re in-from your reproductive years through postmenaupause- It’s my goal to meet you where you are and provide you the resources to get you where you want to be.
